A few years back, Noggin was great, but hey, not anymore. I am not enjoying their food, and I know that I am not alone in this sentiment. Why pizza is not part of the lunch list is beyond me. Last time I was there, I had a double order of fries – the first set I did not manage to finish, and I took home the second to give to a homeless guy near our place. (I almost expected him to reject it with the way it looked when I handed it to him). Live music each night is probably the redeeming factor. Not quite, but at least there is one upside.
