The first thing to mention about Old Town Tavern is its cozy decor, all authentic wood and brick, the way a bar should be. They’ve got a great selection of beers on tap, and the crowd here is a wide array of generations rather than just college kids or just the older crowd. It’s cool to come in, grab a beer and a burger, and chat with the bartender. They’re always so friendly here. It’s tough to find a bar that is more of a “hang out” spot than this one. Very fun and welcoming. Just a great bar all around! On West Liberty Street between South Main Street and South Ashley Street.
