Rick’s Half Time Bar doesn’t waste time with the bells and whistles. The decor is all beer signs, and the stars of the show here are cheap drinks. The regulars here are just Taylor residents coming in after work or late at night for some cheap drinks and good conversation. The conversation is the entertainment, and the good service is the thing that ties it all together into a pretty decent bar.
